The Dungeon Siege 2 Update 2.2 update patch contains performance enhancements and fixes. It can be applied to the original unpatched version of the game, or a copy of the game patched to 2.1. All fixes from the 2.1 patch are included in this new update. According to Microsoft, the Dungeon Siege 2 Update 2.2. The Broken World expansion is unavailable digitally, and installing it manually on digital versions will significantly decrease the framerate.^[2]

Dungeon Siege III

Dungeon Siege 3 is the third sequel in the series developed by the much-beloved Obsidian Entertainment. This time, the game has no auto-attack and uses the WASD control scheme with combat mechanics similar to a slasher game. This gives the game a more dynamic feel, but may disappoint the fans wishing to have a classic experience. Still, it's a nice original game that's worth our time.
